My Client is looking to recruit a Finance and Admin Officer with a view to start immediately, for a Maternity contract lasting up to 11 months.

This role will be to support the Finance Manager and Finance Director in carrying out day to day account duties, as well as providing general administrative support to the office to ensure the smooth running of the company and its procedures.

Roles and duties include:
- Raising Purchase and Sales invoices
- Processing Supplier invoices
- Credit Control
- General Accounting duties

The working hours will be on a part time basis, to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9:30-2:30pm. However these hours will be negotiable depending on the circumstances of the successful Candidate.

You must be able to work under pressure, be competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, be well organised and have a basic understanding of accounting processes and procedures. Holding a recognised finance qualification and knowledge of the construction industry is desirable.
