Finance and Administration Manager recruitment
Job Description:
- Maintaining proper books and records.
- Preparing financial statements.
- Preparing and submitting of financial information and prudential returns (e.g., Financial Resources Rules Returns) to the SFC and other relevant government authorities.
- Monitoring the funding and liquid capital requirements.
Criteria:
- 4 years financial controller experience with a regulated financial services company will be preferred (experience related to RA3 (leveraged foreign exchange trading) is a must).
- Familiarity with relevant regulations relating to the SFC (especially FRR monitoring and reporting obligations to the SFC).
- Bachelor Degree holder or above.
- English/ Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
- PC skills- Word, Excel, Power point
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
