Finance and Administrative Director Russia for FMCG Company recruitment
KEY MANGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cash Management:
Cash-flow projections, approve payments, monitor working capital and ensure adequate banking facilities. Define and control the customer credit policy and manage collection.
• Business Planning Analysis and operational Support :
Manage the Budget Process and analyze the brand and customer profitability. Communicate to the Business Unit the major variances to the plan. Provide advice and support to Sales and Operations in particular in the definition of the pricing strategy and the procurement of inventories.
• Accounting:
Supervise the accounting department for the production of the local statutory financial statements as well as the group reporting package under IFRS. Liaise with BU CFO for Financial Reporting and Analysis. Grant the respect of the internal control policy and liaise with External Auditors during annual FS audit review.
• Taxes:
Ensure compliance to local taxes and in particular Excise and Income Tax obligations
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong accounting skills (Russian Accounting Standards and IFRS)
• Russian, English (fluent), any other Western European language is preferred
• Strong IT skills and in particular ERP and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills
• Capability to build, manage and sustain relationships at all level of the organization
• 10 years experience in a similar position in an international company preferably in the Consumer Goods / Beverage Industry. Experience in Big 4 audit company is a plus.
