Carmenita Truck Center is looking to hire a Finance Manager

 
The Finance and Insurance Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance products to new and used customers and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:


Truck and / or Automotive FI (Finance Insurance) Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·         Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers.

·         Sell Extended Warranties and all other aftermarket items.

·         Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.

·         Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.

·         Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale. Handle all rate quotations.

·         Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.

·         Monitor CIT's and Titles, and maintain a PVR based on company guidelines.

·         Establish and meet monthly objectives. Stay within the law guidelines and in Compliance at all times.

·         The FI Manager has a responsibility to log in sales income. Verify insurance with customer’s agents, obtain deposits, verify trade payoffs. Must follow all company compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements Truck and /or Automotive FI (Finance Insurance) Manager Qualifications:

 

·        Commercial Truck experience preferred but

AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCED NEEDED.      

·        FI dealership experience required.

·         Knowledge with Dealertrack and ability to read credit bureaus and know bank guidelines and programs.

·         FI dealership experience required.

·         Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

·         Degree or commensurate experience in finance.

·         High school diploma or the equivalent.

·         Excellent communication and organizational skills.

·         Professional personal appearance.
