Finance and Portfolio Executive recruitment
Working closely with the investment deal team to ensure that the investment set up and approval process is efficiently completed
supporting them in the ongoing management of each investment
Ensuring all elements of the accounting and financial management of investments are regularly reviewed and steps are taken to address any actions required
Ensuring all aspects of carry vehicles are accurate and reflect their underlying investments.
Responsible for the review, and sign off, of statutory and internal allocation accounts prepared by the outsource provider in relation to carry and fund accounts.
Maintaining ongoing communication with outsource provider around the processing of data on each investment
Acting as a central point of contact for financial and data enquiries from the portfolio company
Ensuring high quality portfolio write ups for the Fund Investor Relations team
Needed:
An accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Previous experience in an accounting role in either private equity, blue chip financial services or customer finances
Strong project management, problem solving and Excel skills
The ability to work to tight deadlines
Fluency in French/Spanish/Italian/German is highly desirable.
