Finance Assistant

We have a requirement for a Finance Assistant to work for a small company in Wallingford.

This is a 12 -14 month Maternity Cover starting on the 1st March.

You can either work 30 hours or 40 hours in this role.

Working in a team of 4 duties will include:

§ Processing supplier invoices
§ Preparing supplier payments
§ Answering supplier queries
§ Reviewing supplier statements
§ Maintaining supplier records
§ Processing Staff expenses
§ Processing Credit card expenses
§ Filing and other ad hoc finance tasks

§ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel – necessary
