Finance Assistant – 6 months contract (Spanish speaking) recruitment

In this exciting and challenging role, your main tasks will include:

- Handling cash management, account openings and maintaining the smooth flow of conversations between departments
- Liaising with clients and responding to clients' requests
- Organising client meetings and conference calls
- Creating documents and presentations
- Dealing with reconciliation, expenses and invoicing
- General administrative work, including trade execution 

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should hold the following skills:

- Experience in similar role within a bank
- Around 3 years of experience in the business/banking field
- Fluency in Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages an advantage
- Organised, able to manage a varied workload, often with tight deadlines
- Good team player, proactive, reliable and comfortable taking on responsibility.
