Person Specification
RMS are expanding the finance team to support a growing number of clients within our portfolio. We are looking for a Finance assistant to join our Luton based team and support a client account from implementation phase through to BAU.
Key Responsibilities: * Directly responsible for one or more of RMS's client accounts. * To build solid working relationships both internally and with external clients * Proactively seeking to continually improve service levels to internal and external clients * Using a bespoke online timesheet system * Running weekly reports * Managing invoicing for clients * Operating a self bill process with our suppliers * Running Supplier payment runs * Posting / coding client and supplier invoices * Raising / processing adhoc payments using internet banking * Managing debt for accounts * Posting / Allocating cash * Dealing with and resolving both client and supplier queries * Ensuring prompt payment of invoices raised * Statement reconciliations * Weekly GP rec's of accounts * Flexibility to take on more responsibilities as the business grows *Various Adhoc duties: Post, Answering the phone etc Excellent communication skills needed when dealing with queries from operations managers and directors
