Finance Associate Senior
Primary Job Functions
- Process biweekly payroll
- Process terminations and manual checks
- Process manual corrections
- Answer customer service call queue
- Distribute mail and answer emails
Required Skills:
- 4 or more years of Human Resource or Payroll experience
- Proven problem solving and decision -making skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimum supervision; must work well with others
- Self starter; ability drive changes to promote productivity and efficiency
- Intermediate skills using both Excel and Word
- Strong PC-based skills
Desired Skills:
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft 8.0 or later with emphasis within areas of Payroll
Required Education (including Major):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
