Finance Business Partner, Finance Analyst recruitment
Key aspects of the role will include: Analytical Support: Liaising with the Finance Business Partner, colleagues in the team and the business to understand requirements and translating this into service delivery in a commercially orientated way.
Strategy Support: Working with the Strategy team to provide financial analysis and associated interpretation of results. Supporting business planning processes.
Financial Management: Assisting in the development of appropriate tools, processes and reporting to enable good quality support for business performance management and decision making activities.
Reporting Analysis: Review and interpretation of data and communication of results to the Finance Business Partner to enable improved understanding of financial implications from business decisions.
Operational Change Management: Working closely with the wider finance team to improve processes, and ensure data integrity in ledger / customer systems and driving recommendations within a change environment.
Qualifications and Experience required
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant
Degree educated
Strong data handling Strong analytical skills
Able to work independently and as part of team
Good knowledge of management accounting techniques and methodologies
