Operations Finance Business Partner / London / Contract - 6 months £400pd
A leading Bank is seeking an individual who is an experienced Finance Business Partner in operations to join their team which sits in between the Business and Central Finance. It is a key role as the individual will be facing off to the Directors and Clients of the divisions challenging and advising them on a daily from a financial perspective. This role has arisen due to team expansion and is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a long term contract.
Responsibilities
• Provision of Ad hoc analysis, models and decision supporting information
• Supporting the business in the production of business cases, benefit identification and realisation, resource utilization, internal and external financial policies and procedures
• Improve existing processes and reporting and suggesting how to further off-shoring
• Develop close working relationships with Operations stakeholders to understand the investment priorities and progress and to understand cost drivers
Requirements
• Essential - Experience as a Finance Business Partner within an Operations team
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Ideally previous experience within a project or cost function support
• Strong analytical skills using Excel/Access/VBA
