Finance Business Partner / Senior Business Analyst recruitment

This is comprised of central finance areas, specialised teams and divisional finance teams supporting the front-line businesses in over 30 international locations.  Finance is responsible for working with the business delivering financial leadership, control, commercial insight and advice.            

As Finance Business Partner / Senior Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing expert finance decision support for the Private Office and Private Banking segments within the Wealth division. You'll be responsible for robust forecasting and budgetary support, and to present analysis and value-add commentary. It's imperative that there is strong communication and partnering lines with all middle and back-office areas. You'll be involved in a number of Group workshops and discussion forums, to ensure the views of the division, finance community and segments are represented.      

To be successful as Finance Business Partner / Senior Business Analyst, you'll have a professional finance qualification, and post qualification experience in banking / financial services. Additionally, you'll have experience of working on complex issues and providing recommendations within tight timeframes. You'll have strong inter-personal and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff members at all levels across the Group. You'll also need a good understanding of the value of financial and non-financial MI and its uses and the ability to provide commentary. And you'll need experience of managing senior stakeholders, and matrix management.
