The position is very commercial in nature with substantial focus around directly supporting the business and highlighting key drivers in asset value, the position will also interrogate direct costs and control within the business unit The role also delivers the production of concise financial reporting and the attributed commentary, targeting different levels of the business.
The role holds a relatively high profile and calls for a candidate comfortable with regular liaison with the Real Estate ERO and Group CFO. As such candidates demonstrating prior experience of senior stakeholder management will be favoured.
