Finance Change AVP, Banking recruitment
The role holder will be a part of the Asia Financial Control Projects Team and will support Asia Pacific Financial Control with identifying, planning and driving change across Asia Financial Control.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identify and manage process efficiencies across Asia Pac FC
- Working with key Asia FC stakeholders to identify strategic initiatives and define roadmap for key deliverables
- Produce and monitor progress against detailed project plans
- Ensure high quality deliverables including business requirements
- Working with IT / Users to identify solutions
- Implementation tasks including UAT and ensuring transition to BAU is successful and sustainable
- Project status reporting to stakeholders
- Review and document existing processes and develop target operating models encompassing preparation of all associated business requirements/specifications in order to achieve such a model.
Key Requirements
- Qualified accountant
- Line experience within banking finance as well as exposure to change initiatives
- Knowledge of the investment banking product life cycle
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator.
