Finance Change Business Analyst opportunity – Director level at UBS recruitment
It is essential you have been working within a projects environment and are comfortable with having broad finance knowledge to “piece the puzzle together” while not being the subject matter expert in any one area. You will be used to coordinating a variety of SME’s across the business to collaborate on the best approach and specific challenges the functions will face when implementing new change.
Your interaction will include liaison with FO system development teams, other Finance Change groups, technical accountants and accounting control professionals, regulatory specialists and all asset classes within product control.
This Change team within the wider Finance Change area at UBS is a central feeder unit examining, interpreting and digesting all proposed change requests and evaluating their impact and expected approach.
While exposure to a wide range of Finance initiatives within the investment banking industry is required, this can be gained within a professional consulting firm. Familiarity with a projects environment is key, to ensure effective performance at the Director level.
This position will expose you to a huge audience within UBS, including a variety of non-Finance divisions, and coupled with the excellent internal mobility programme, it could be an interesting team to commence your career within the organisation.
UBS can offer you an environment geared towards performance, attractive career opportunities, and an open corporate culture that values and rewards the contribution of every individual.
We can offer you an exciting, fast-paced working environment, a culture of mutual respect and teamwork and the opportunity to play a vital role in our growth. If you are attracted to joining an organization where every individual's contribution counts and where your talent will impact on our future, please apply for this position.
