Overview:
The role exists within the FCL (Feed Control Layer) team. The FCL programme is responsible for managing the implementation of new data feeds through the FCL platform and delivering the output to our downstream consumers. FCL is part of the Information Processing Layer (IPL) work stream of the StRIDe financial reporting initiative. The remit of the IPL work stream is to define and manage the framework through which all feeds from upstream systems and other data sources pass before entering the financial and risk systems landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analysis of current environment, data feeds and process flows.
* Requirements gathering, business/data analysis.
* Producing business requirements documentation.
* Coordinating with FCL Information Technology (IT) group and monitoring development progress.
* Performing functional testing to ensure functionality works as designed.
* Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and end users.
* Ensuring that specific project deliverables are produced on time and in accordance with the project plan.
* Ensuring delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality.
* Liaising with stakeholders at all levels and subject matter experts.
* Identifying, appraising and managing risks and issues and communicating status to Project Manager (PM.)

You will have:
* Substantial experience as a Business Analyst within an Investment Banking domain.
* Experience in analyzing, documenting business processes and writing requirements specifications.
* Sound analysis knowledge of Excel and Database Analysis tools (Structured Query Language (SQL) queries.)
* A proven track record of delivering projects in a challenging environment.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong business and data analysis skills.
* Experience of liaising with other departments across multiple countries.
* The ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
* Had exposure to Finance disciplines.
* Good knowledge of investment banking products and processes.
* Experience in data feeds re-engineering and migration.
* Knowledge of regulatory (credit risk) and accounting treatment.
