Finance Change – Business Process/Data Model
The roles will involve the chosen candidates own the entire business process model and the high level data model and the two individuals will have to work in collaboration to ensure consistency accuracy are of the upmost importance. As well as owning the models, the candidates will have to manage the communication of this across the global community throughout the entire lifecycle of the project and in particular, The Design Authorities, Finance, Finance Change and Technology teams.
The successful candidates will be a strong Business Analysts with large amounts of business process modelling experience and data modelling experience within a Finance function.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven business analysis and problem solving skills within Finance
- Solid experience in data modelling, business process and requirement analysis / documentation
- Experience of developing, managing and maintaining a (Finance) Data Model
- Experience of developing, managing and maintaining a (Finance) Business Process Model
- Experience of writing clear and comprehensive business requirements.
- Experience of documenting business processes and working on projects involving significant process changes.
- Solid experience in managing change projects or leading work streams of change initiatives with stakeholder management experience
- Experience of working on systems related change projects within Finance Technology of a bank
- Prior knowledge / experience of Finance function
