The Position
- To identify, plan and drive change across Asia Financial Control
- Mange execution of projects across all aspects of the lifecycle:
- Produce and monitor progress against detailed project plans
- Ensure high quality deliverables including business requirements
- Working with IT / Users to identify solutions
- Implementation tasks including UAT and ensuring transition to BAU is successful and sustainable
- Project status reporting to stakeholders
- Identify and manage process efficiencies across Asia Pac FC
- Working with key Asia FC stakeholders to identify strategic initiatives and define roadmap for key deliverables
- Review and document existing processes and develop target operating models encompassing preparation of all associated business requirements/specifications in order to achieve such a model.
The Candidate
• Project and change management – may be within a dedicated change function OR as a major part of another role
• Business analysis experience
• Process re-engineering
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
• Desire to provide top quality service to internal clients.
• Willingness and ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to a successful resolution.
• Business Objects experience
• Strong Excel skills
