Finance Change Manager recruitment
Accountancy Professional Qualification required (ACCA, CA or CIMA) to be selected.
The role purpose is to help to deliver strategy by supporting the delivery of Finance change through the project life cycle from business requirements, whilst aligning with the company's long term vision.
Main Responsibilities include:
Act as a liaison between the business, Finance and other project teams, communicating and escalating any challenges, ensure requirements and priorities for the Finance Change projects are reflected within the overall Change portfolio and work with various work streams
Scope impact of changes on Finance and secure resource/call out Finance's ability to support
Facilitate, collate and input into Finance requirements
Review Design processes to identify impact on Finance, ensure Financial Controls exist and challenge if adverse impact on Finance
Develop and document Finance processes required and hand over to Finance BAU
Finance point of contact for Enterprise Change Requests - pass to relevant Finance areas for assessment and collate responses
