Finance Change Manager recruitment
Skill set:
Strong project management experience
Strong accounting skills with 10+ years experience - Finance credibility is important
Self starter - will report to Head of Global Business Finance Change Management but with a dotted line into the Chief Financial Officer
Excellent communication skills - will need to be able to influence multiple stakeholders and have credibility across the global organization
Strong emphasis on process, control, reporting and month end close processes - key themes of FIRM's Finance Change roadmap over the next 2-3 years
Senior Finance individual with commodities and project management experience that could move into a senior Finance role within the organization following 2-3 years in the Finance
Transformation role.
Role responsibilities:
Project-manage the Process Improvement project, the primary objective of which is to improve and automate the Finance processes across the group to enhance controls and achieve efficiencies
Liaise closely with the other Finance Change Managers located in Europe and Asia to assist with implementation of the other key Finance projects in the Americas regions
Ensure that inter-dependencies, resource conflicts and risks to delivery across all projects are well understood and rectified
Ensure appropriate prioritization across projects is in place where necessary
Ensure an optimum quality and level of communication to key stakeholders
Identify and implement quick wins to ensure engagement and buy-in of stakeholders
Ensure that achievements are recognized as we go through all stages of the Finance transformation
Manage the changes carefully e.g. with consideration of required skill-sets, training etc.
