Finance Change Project Manager Position – Global Bank recruitment
Working across the Credit and Rates businesses, you will be responsible for the project initiation analysis and delivery of new projects within Financial Control, General Ledger, Product Control and Reconciliations technology. Along with managing projects, you will take overall responsibility for the team in Hong Kong and the change management function.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Management of the change management team in Hong Kong
- Performing business analysis; working with the business to understand requirements and documenting them as requested
- Project Managing and Co-ordination of the solutions design
- Management and Co-ordination of the project initiation phase; working with the finance department to consolidate their requirements and taking ownership of issues and risks
- Working closely with senior stakeholders
Requirement of the role:
- Demonstrable project management and co-ordination skills gained from working in an investment banking technology environment
- Strong understanding of middle office functions, specifically product and financial control
- Strong knowledge of Rates, Credit and general Fixed Income products
- Ability to manage people and processes and have the experience to manage senior stakeholders
- Experience working in a change environment. This role requires the skills of someone who can manage and drive change in a regional capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory for this position as is the ability to be proactive and work as part of a regional team
