Job Responsibilities
-Analyse and define the business requirements for the changes and develop a strategy with the PC Change team and IT to deliver these changes;
-identify the impact on the global change plan and determine strategic end state
-Chair and present meetings to senior internal stakeholders as to the performance and progress of change functionality
-Accept feedback from meetings and apply accurate and timely readjustments
-Successfully manage the have an ability to translate requirements into road maps etc and manage the client relationship accordingly
-Have an ability to assist at project level to resolve issues and provide cover for the leads when out of the office
• Strong communication (written, verbal, presentational) skills
• Good team player
• Strong project management skills
• Familiar with Straight through Processing concepts, processes and controls
• Ability to apply a logical and analytical thought process to resolving issues
Strong Project managers with product control and accountancy backgrounds encouraged to apply. Also Financial Control backgrounds extremeley relevant.
