Working across line PC / FC, operations, technology and the senior leadership group, you will framework, sell in, execute and appraise a large change book of work across the bank. Leading a virtual team, you will balance hands on implementations and technical accounting change while constantly communicating and ensuring buy in from the business groups more widely.
Ideally coming with 4 or more years solid change / projects management experience most recently, you may have started your career in financial / regulatory control or within a practice environment. Suitably confident in dealing with senior leaders and stakeholders from different disciplines, you will be able to influence and effect change where needed. Experience across Murex, Analytics tools, Peoplesoft will hold you in a favourable position.
