Finance Contracts Administrator

My client based in the facilities management sector is looking for a Finance Contract Administrator to join their fast paced finance team in Cheltenham. You will be responsible for managing contracts onto the database within a required time frame. Ensure invoice set-up and billing schedules are correct and help reduce the number of credit notes raised.

Other responsibilities include:
- Setting up new contract onto systems
- Updating and maintaining invoicing details
- Ensuring additions and amendments to reduced credits and disputes.
- Investigating contract queries.
- Reviewing invoice analysis billing schedules.
- Constant liaising with finance team to help with any queries regarding invoicing set up.

For this role you must be extremely organised,demonstrate initiative, and be able to delivery accuracy in a deadline driven environments. Strong Excel skills and previous billing experience are advantageous.
