Position Description:
This is a VP-level position on the Finance Data Architecture team with direct responsibility for executing and managing key components of the Reference Data Future State Requirements Program. Finance Data Architecture lead, and will require the individual to participate and manage key components of the program including:

- Requirements Analysis: Working with the Future State Architecture Team, and across key Finance functions, this individual will be responsible for ensuring that Finance's reference data requirements are met. This activity will occur on a domain by domain level (e.g. Legal Entity, Product, Account, etc.) and will require detailed analysis of attribute level requirements (e.g. Legal Entity Type, Counterparty Industry, etc.)
- Solution Facilitation: Working with Pioneer Prime and Subledger peers, this individual will represent Finance requirements in agreeing a convergence strategy amongst the critical initiatives including engaging Authoritative Source owners regarding required remediation
- Finance Future State Ref Data Strategy: Developing, Communicating, and Owning the implementation plan for all critical finance Ref Data dependencies and working with the FSA team to ensure a clear roadmap and compliance

This function and objectives of this role are in line with the broader EDAP and Finance Data Architecture Program objectives which include ensuring high quality cross-finance authoritative sources of critical data.

Skills Required:
• Bachelors Degree
• Extensive work experience related to reference data concepts and industry standard data governance principles
• Experience with Finance Industry Reference Data concepts (Counterparty, Legal Entity, etc.)
• Deep expertise conducting business and system analysis
• 6-8 years of Project Management/Project Coordination skills with experience on large global or multi-divisional projects
• Excellent interpersonal relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and a creative and flexible approach to problem solving
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
• Desire to challenge the status quo and propose new solutions
• An understanding of basic accounting principles
• Fluency with all MS Office tools Strong technical skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

Skills Desired:
• Experience in financial services sector, particularly in securities industry
• Lean six sigma green belt, or equivalent experience in process redesign
