Finance Data Manager recruitment

Join our senior management team as an ambitious Finance Data Manager and shape the direction of this business critical role. An expert data management professional, you’ll lead a 20-strong team and be responsible for operational finance and management information systems.

In fact you and your team will control all key departmental finance systems and data and make sure that information is accessible and readily available – where and when it’s needed. Managing the implementation of changes to finance systems and processes in a rapidly evolving environment, you’ll support our continued progress through our transformation programme. You’ll also make sure that system specifications are fit for purpose and manage business continuity and risk reporting processes.

Liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders, you’ll always put the customer first and constantly strive to improve service levels and performance. As a strong people manager you’ll also aim to get the best out of everyone in your team and improve the overall colleague experience. A qualified accountant, with knowledge of process improvement methodologies, you’ll have a data and system management background, extensive knowledge of banking and insurance reporting systems, together with MI and source operating systems.
