Finance Director
I am working on behalf of a fast growth entertainment and talent management business with an excellent track record of television production and talent management, established for over 25 years. My client is expanding in to America and therefore they are looking to recruit for a Finance Director job across the UK business. This opportunity will report to the Group CFO who will be based in America but will also liaise with the MD and owner of the business who is based in the head office in London.
This is a hands on Finance Director opportunity with oversight of all aspects of the UK finance function with director reporting lines from four financial controllers and the teams who report into them. The personality and communicational skills is crucial for this role as the finance director will be responsible for negotiating and resolving issues with key clients, present and influence the senior management team whilst being able to push and get the buy-in from the finance team.
The ideal candidate will be a practice trained ACA with post qualified industry experience in the media or entertainment industry. My client would look at a Financial Controller looking for their first Finance Director role or someone who has recently gained some exposure as a Finance Director.
