Our client based near Ipswich is looking to recruit a professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) to join their business in a newly created job as Finance Director. This is an opportune time to join the business as it enters the next phase of its development and you will have the opportunity to develop and implement the financial processes, procedures and systems for the next phase of business growth.
The job of Finance Director will be to work closely with the rest of the management team of this start up organisation and you will play a key role providing external investors their financial insight to the business performance.
You will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record as a qualified accountant having worked in ideally in an SME environment with varied experience. You should enjoy working in a small office environment and be excited about the chance to join a business in it's early stages and play an integral part as the company grows and develops.
