Finance Director
The holder of this role, based in Tuscany, will play a critical part in the Company supporting the key initiatives and the strategy to maximize the combined strengths of its business units so to, expand margins and generate strong cash flow.
Based upon these potentials we are searching for an experienced professional with 8-10 years of relevant experience, who has the leadeship skills to significantly influence the long-term direction and growth of the Company.
Key Role Responsibilities
Apart from leading the accounting function (accounts payable, general ledger and monthly closings.) one of your main tasks will be to direct the financial reporting, financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and product line profitability analysis.
You will also ensure all compliance with legally mandated external financial reporting (US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley) and you will manage the Italian statutory reporting and taxation.
