Finance Director Job in West Sussex, Southern UK
We are working with our West Sussex based client who are looking to recruit a Finance Director to join their successful business. Applicants should be Qualified with ACA, ACCA or CIMA and have previous experience as a Finance Director or an equivalent senior level position.
In addition to being experienced in all aspects of Financial Control and Financial Management, successful applicants will have prior experience of managing and motivating a team, and have strong commercial acumen. In addition to running the Finance team, you will be used to working with the MD and other Directors on the strategic direction and growth of the business.
Candidates with experience of companies with a 'buy and build' model would be ideally suited to this fast growing company who are looking to further expand through acquisition and integration of related businesses. Experience of working within medium sizes businesses with a good combination of hands on and strategic level experience is desirable.
In addition to the basic salary there is a generous bonus scheme (upto 50% of salary), together with a car allowance, pension and private medical.
