Finance Director (Private Equity Owned Real Estate Developer)
The company is a well financed Real Estate Developer Operator with large assets that they have plans to grow substantially over a short time frame.
The role itself will take full control of the finance function as well as take a lead in the financing and structuring of planned acquisitions whilst managing an aggressive development programme.
The successful individual will be a qualified accountant with corporate finance or private equity experience. They must be a current FD and be comfortable with what the day to day od such a position involves. It is a given that the individual will be a strong communicator with commercial accumen but they must also possess enough punch to drive through transactions. This role would suit a FD from a Private Equity (preferably real estate) firm or a large Construction and Development company.
A substantial equity package is to be offered, which on completion of the IPO will provide lucrative returns and the opportunity to continue as FD of a probable FTSE 250 company.
