Job Description
This role will see you manage, lead and develop a mid-sized Finance Accounting team based in Singapore, Australia and other select locations, whilst reporting back to an overseas Head Office.
As the function is relatively new in it's inception, your first priority will be to establish a finance routine and set of controls that integrate with head office and, ultimately, produce timely, accurate and insightful Financial Managements for the APAC Region.
This will be a "hands on" role and work closely with key stakeholders right around the business during an exciting time in the groups growth cycle.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be CA/CPA Qualified (or equivalent) with initial training in a Big 4 Audit Firm - preferably with Property and/or Asset Management clients.
Your recent experience should include be as a Finance Manager/Controller/Director - ideally with multi-country responsibility. Experience with Property Development, Project Accounting and/or REIT's will be highly regarded, but not essential.
A stable work history ascending in responsibility and achievement will be viewed favorably. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills are essential.
