Over the past three years, our Corporate Finance practice has conducted more than 2,300 client studies on topics such as finance function transformation, performance management, portfolio strategy, MA transactions, and valuation.
We are looking for finance experts to further grow our practice, offering finance professionals the opportunity to broaden their corporate strategy and leadership skills, and to continue to deepen their financial expertise.
Profile
- Either advisory experience (3 to 4 years) gained typically in a professional services firm, e.g., accountancy, or specialized consultancy
- Or corporate experience (3 to 4 years) gained either in a line or staff function, preferably in the finance or MIS (Management Information System) area
Job profile
- Gain deep insights in finance function of leading companies from a top management perspective
- Advise clients in all industries on CFO-related topics including performance management, cash flow management, portfolio and capital market strategies, value-based management and investor relations
Education
- Excellent undergraduate degree from a top university
- Second degree (MBA, PhD) from a top institution is a strong advantage
Other
- High level of commitment, energy, and creativity to meet demanding timelines
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Capable of taking the initiative and working independently as well as in teams (and leading teams)
- Excellent communication skills plus fluency in English and local language
- International experience preferred
