- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required
- 2 or more years of related financial analysis experience at a large financial services firm
- Demonstrate considerable energy, focus, drive and a sense of urgency
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as have the ability to work very closely and confidently with many different levels of management while building strong relationships
- Comprehensive technological abilities, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be a fast thinker/quick learner and possess the ability to work effectively under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously as an effective member of a dynamic team
