Finance & HR Analyst recruitment
Job Responsibilities :
• Data-mine and interpret large amounts of data sourced from internal HR, Finance and Operating systems
• Translate foundational data into metrics and analytics, benchmarking and reporting for senior management
• Design, create and maintain dashboards and complex ad hoc reports.
• Utilize Excel spreadsheets to determine trends, conduct cost analysis and present findings in PowerPoint presentations
• Format data and build analyses in response to, and in anticipation of, questions about operations
• Use a variety of computer systems to create reports monthly and as needed.
• Establish HR metrics
Required Skills:
• Prior exposure to HR metrics and methodologies
• Demonstrated quantitative reasoning and statistical analysis ability
• Experience working with Infinium, Hyperion, Cognos reporting or similar systems
• Highly-skilled use of Excel pivot tables, vlookups, graphing/charting, macros and formulas
• Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Ability to perform highly accurate work and multi-task on multiple projects at one time, under tight time constraints
Required Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• Minimum two years’ experience in intense data analysis, research and evaluation
