Finance, HR & Internal Services Assistant.
If you have considered working within the charities and not-for-profit sectors then this could be a great opportunity to join a leading UK organisation. They will be undertaking changes to their finance, HR systems which has resulted in the need to bring in, initially over a 6 month period, an experienced finance officer who will support them with this transition.
Interested applicants should he immediate experience of a wide range of accounts activities including payroll and also be highly knowledgeable with dealing with systems related issues. Previous exposure to supporting new IT systems implementations would be an advantage but confidence in being able to deal with highly systems bias activities is essential.
Some of the responsibilities are listed below:
· Support the transition from existing software/processes to new IT solutions, in particular the Accounts system and HR/Payroll software;
· Enable a smooth transfer of data from the existing systems to the new products;
· Assist colleagues in the use of new systems. Through direct support and training
· Support the smooth running of the finance department by providing day-to-day assistance in many of the sales ledger, purchase ledger and payroll transactions and wide finance reporting, as well as general administrative tasks.
