Overview:
In Finance Infrastructure, our vision is to be a strategic partner to the business providing subject matter expertise and challenge with respect to the cost base of Deutsche Bank. We embrace a high-performance culture, in turn ensuring delivery of high quality financial support (MIS, Financial Analysis and challenge based on understanding value based management) for all Infrastructure groups and value-based engagement with Front Office clients supported by our organisation (Cost Allocation).

We are a truly global department with main hubs in London, Frankfurt, New York and Singapore supported by offshore services centres in Manila and Mumbai. We continue to respond to the fast changing environment with an increasing focus on Cost, setting the agenda for cost for the Bank, coordinating strategic deep dives identifying improvement opportunities. The high profile Complexity Reduction Programme was managed from Finance Infrastructure and is on track to deliver Eur 1Bn savings in Infrastructure costs by the end of 2011.

Key Responsibilities:
* Represent regional and global Finance Infrastructure on regularly meeting cross Finance committees such as People Development, Graduate Recruitment, Communications and Learning Development (LD).
*Liaison between Finance Change the Bank (CTB) and Finance Infrastructure Run the Bank (RTB) ensuring effective prioritisation and delivery of Change projects - including playing a challenge role on CTB project and programme steering committees.
*Develop and track departmental strategic objectives (global view)
*Identify opportunities and drive overall continuous improvement in department operational performance using available tools including balanced scorecard and other available metrics.
*Provide decision support and assistance through engagement with other areas, e.g. CTB, offshore Personal Service Centre (PSCs), etc.
*Prioritise and respond to ad-hoc matters (e.g. relating to organisation, communication, strategy, etc) as they arise.

You will have:
*Experience in proactively managing stakeholders - chairing meetings, driving agendas, determining and prioritising risks and issues, documenting and following-up on actions.
*A proven ability to exchange ideas and challenge assumptions.
*Operated effectively in a matrix organisation.
*Project management and process analysis skills - prior experience in consulting / project environment would be beneficial.
*PowerPoint and presentation skills.
