Finance Lending Specialist – Property Development recruitment
The main responsibilities will be:
• Assist in the group finance and funding arrangements
• Analysing development opportunities from a financial and property viewpoint
• Help the Head of Commercial Finance source development finance for new opportunities
• Help manage the negotiation process with lenders including negotiation of existing arrangements
• Assist in pulling together approval papers for new schemes, with full responsibility for financial including investment appraisal and funding elements.
The successful candidate will have experience of either the residential or commercial development process with a good understanding of investment appraisal, financial analysis modelling. You will need to have had some exposure to the finance lending process.
You will either be in a real estate finance position in the Big 4, a bank or fund, or be a financial analyst for a property development company.
