Finance Manager
Responsibilities
- Mainly responsible for financial accounting, tax and budgeting;
- Improve the company’s financial system and related work processes and oversee the implementation;
- Improve the company's financial accounting system and internal control system, and lead the financial department in doing financial plan and financial analysis;
- Develop the company’s annual financial budget
- Develop tax planning and processes, and monitor the tax planning
- Participating in monthly business reviews and monitoring business progress against budgets;
- Building and improving internal business control procedures to ensure business compliance;
Requirements
- ACCA/CPA certificate is preferred;
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting, financial management positions, more than 1 years of experience in foreign-funded enterprises or overseas working background;
- Familiar with international and domestic accounting standards and related financial, monetary, taxation, auditing and foreign exchange policies, laws and regulations;
- US GAAP and China GAAP is a must
- Forward-looking strategic thinking; strong judgment, ethical, team-player
- 1 years consulting experience is highly preferred
- With strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
