Finance Manager – Private Equity (Ref# FM-PE/LRP100712) recruitment
Our client is a leading international Venture Capital firm with a strong prescence in the Asia region. They are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join their Hong Kong office.
You will be responsible for reviewing monthly and quarterly financial reports of management companies, and for preparing budgeting and forecasts. You will need arrange annual audits and tax filings and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You will work on accounting for the portfolio companies and on reviewing the quarterly fund financials. You will need to perform variance analysis and analyse fund performances. You will also have exposure to investment and deal teams and will work on deal closing documentation.
You will be a fully qualified accountant with a big 4 background. You will then have at least 2-3 years experience within the funds industry. You will be a proactive and enthusiastic candidate who is able to take initiative. You will have excellent communication skills, and must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
