Finance Manager – 1 Year contract (M/F) LELP502151 recruitment
Job description
As a Finance Manager you will manage the accounting team and:
- Supervise the accounting in Lux GAAP and US GAAP
- Manage month-end-closing reporting
- Be the key contacts for auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors, corporate tax, consolidation teams
- Coodinate filing of direct and indirect tax returns
- Ensure compliance to fiscal and statutory requirements
- Prepare and present accounts in bi-annual board meetings
Who we are looking for
Degree in Finance and Accounting
At least 5 years in a financial role in Luxembourg
Strong knowledge of LUX GAAP and US GAAP
Fluency in English
Good understanding of SOx and internal controls
