The company is looking for a strong team player with self-motivation to work within a newly formed European Shared Service centre. This role sits within the finance team, you will interact daily with outsource providers to ensure activities carried out are correct and assist in resolving queries or issues with the market.
The responsibilities of the finance team leader manager will be to provide support to R2R teams who provide a service for Europe, ability to influence senior stakeholders is a must along with the ability to work and build good relationships with local market Finance Directors, in country shared services, outsource providers as well as external authorities where relevant.
This position requires a qualified CIMA / ACA / ACCA who can demonstrable experience in financial reporting preparation of statutory accounts. Ideally have worked for big 4, willingness to travel during start up initially up to 100% for a period of time (approx 6 weeks).
