Finance Manager
An International Bank is looking for a qualified accountant to financially manage their IT supply function.
The IT Supply is accountable for managing the supply side costs across their organisation in both the UK and overseas, and require you to get involved with their associated support and maintenance contracts hitting £bn spend annually.
The Role;
• Being part of a larger team you’ll have to manage, develop and motivate colleagues to create to deliver business objectives and enhance performance
• Provide insightful information, guidance and advice to influence business decisions
• Deliver agreed change programmes to achieve continuous improvement
• Review, evaluate and mitigate potential risks
Your Skills and Experience;
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
• Understanding core financials of a business across PL, Balance Sheet, Risk and Capital Management
• Good Relationship Management skills, with the ability to build networks, challenge, Influence and agree actions
• Proven ability to simplify complex financial data, deliver focussed MI messages and communicate effectively at all levels using different media
• Understanding of the drivers of supply costs, eg. utilisation, recoverability, managing resource mix, application of day rate principles
• Understanding of change lifecycle and proven ability to deliver on change activities
• Basic knowledge / understanding of technology in a financial services organisation
