The Company
A multi-national bank is urgently looking for a Finance Manager (Basel II) to join the finance team to prepare the Basel II Regulatory Reporting. Initially on a 6 months Contract basis to permanent.
The Role
As a Finance Manager (Basel II), you are responsible to prepare analytical review for management review of Basel II impacts of the Bank. Review HKMA returns and Basel II Capital Adequacy Returns (both Solo Consolidated level) liaise with HKMA on technical issues and queries. Working closely with ALM, Group Treasury in capital planning budgeting on various new business initiatives.
Your Profile
To qualify as a Finance Manager (Basel II), you have at least 5 years experience in the banking sector with practical Basel II regulatory reporting experience is a MUST. Experience in collating data and reporting the local QIS (Quantitative Impact Study) to the HKMA. Review and prepare analytical review for management review of Basel II impacts on CAR % of the Bank. Good understanding of RWA impacts BCRS system interface on new products / transaction systems in Basel II reporting. You speak fluent English and Cantonese. Basel II experience is a MUST. Immediately available is highly preferred and will be considered first.
