Based in Sydney, our client is a dynamic business with an enviable record of attracting and retaining the best people in the market. As a result of an internal promotion, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented finance professional to join this high profile banking group.
As the Finance Business Partner, you will become a trusted advisor to the General Manager of Business Banking. Your focus will be on customer service and driving profitability through providing insights that support commercial decision making. You will lead a team of analysts and work closely with the broader finance team to maximise the benefits of performance reporting and in-depth analysis provided to the business.
CA/CPA qualified, you have superior financial modeling, analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills together with a customer service focus. With an in-depth knowledge and understanding of business banking products, you are able to act as the commercial adviser to the business. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly develop relationships with staff at all levels.
