Finance Manager / Controller (Beijing-based)
Job Description You will be work alongside the CEO and CFO of the company in achieving all financial; strategic; as well as investment objectives. Position will be based in Beijing. Responsibilities ? Drive group financial reporting, internal controls enhancements and financing and capital structure strategy ? Implement MIS system ? Police corporate governance ? Support business development ? Lay out IPO roadmap ? Post-IPO public company requirements ? Investor relations Qualifications ? Degree-qualified ? At least 10 years of experience in an accounting, finance and planning function; min 5 years of managemen experience ? Previous implementation of international accounting or reporting standards in a Chinese company ? Strong English and Mandarin communication skills
