Finance Manager dealing with high complex structures recruitment

The Opportunity

For a top-rated, well-reputed and stable international financial institution we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with an in-depth experience in financial reporting, corporate tax and corporate administration.
This position provides stability, an environment of high caliber professionals and a continuous technical challenge, however, does and will not include people management.

The Responsibilities

*You will prepare the Financial Accounts for complex and non-standard SPE structures
*You will coordinate accounting processes with Finance Departments on month end
*You will ensure timely preparation of tax returns by coordination with Group Tax and external advisors
*You will prepare and control VAT returns
*You will liaise with Auditors
*You will set up and manage SPEs including organisation of Board Meetings, registering / filing of all relevant company documents
*You will contribute in various transactions and projects

The Competencies

In order to be the best fit for this position you will have to:

*Have a very good knowledge of Lux GAAP, IFRS and Luxembourg Company Law
*Be aware of Luxembourg Corporate Tax
*Be familiar with complex, non-standard transactions involving multiple entities
*Demonstrate a wide experience of financial products and their practical applications
*Be fluent in English and preferably French
*Have excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
*Be precise and work accurately
*Have good communication and interpersonal skills
*Be a committed self-starter
