Finance Manager EMEA Adecco Solutions
The Finance Manager EMEA is the key financial and strategic Business Partner to the President EMEA MSP RPO Adecco Solutions. Key focus areas include reporting and forecasting; financial leadership through financial planning and analysis; overseeing implementation of strategic improvement initiatives; improving pricing methodology/process; supporting critical business decisions and compliance.
Key activities:
- develops and improves monthly reporting and forecasting of EMEA Adecco Solutions
- provides finanancial analysis to President EMEA MSP RPO Adecco Solutions and CFO Global Adecco Solutions and suggests, aligns and implements improvement measures
- partners with leadership to drive cost efficient strategies and achieve cost saving goals and objectives
- develops and manages the intra-company cost allocation model
- improves/implements pricing models/process and tracks actual vs. plan, communicates shortfalls, suggest/implements improvement measures
- ensures compliance with accounting standards and local rules/regulations
- develops bonus targets with executive management and overseas accrual process with HR
- prepares financial reporting package for MSP and RPO programs
- leads the annual budgeting and forecasting process and drives adoption for EMEA
- develops, prepares and tracks business cases in order to facilitate strategic decisions
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
- bachelor / master degree in finance, business or economics
- preferably a CPA or CFA chart holder
- at least 5 years finance work experience
- ideally knowledge of outsourcing / staffing industry experience and some knowledge of outsourcing and staffing services' operating environment and financial and management reporting
- excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with enterprise financial systems like Oracle, Hyperion preferred but not required
- strong analytical and decision making skills, independent thinker and attention to detail
- strong communication and presentation skills
- able to work in a team environment and comfortable with a matrix organization approach
- fluency in English is a must; any other languages are an asset
- travel will be required with a minimum of five days per month
