FINANCE MANAGER – FAST EXPANDING INVESTMENT BANK recruitment
Our client is one of the fastest growing investment bank with businesses into Securities Brokerage, Asset Management, and Corporate Finance. Due to business expansion, an exciting opportunity to be the Finance Manager has arisen.
Your key responsibilities include the preparation of Financial Reports and Regulatory Returns (FRR) to SFC. You will be working together with Securities Brokerage Corporate finance businesses and ensure the PL's for related Legal Entities are correctly booked. You will also get involved in annual financial planning and budgeting process.
To be successful, you will be a qualified accountant with minimum 6 years of solid experience in Finance function within financial services industry (securities brokerage firm preferred). Sound knowledge on Capital Markets, Securities, and Asset Management businesses will be critical to your success.
