Hays Senior Finance is currently working with a dynamic blue chip business that are seeking a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) to join the business as a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be critical to the Finance function, working between the Management Accounts team and Finance Business Partners. Taking ownership for a division within the business, you will be utilising your exceptional eye for detail to review the Monthly and Quarterly Reporting checking for inaccuracies and identifying possible risks. You won't simply check the numbers however, based on the figures you need to make recommendations to the business showing strong commercial acumen and an ability to explain the numbers clearly and concisely. To excel in this role, you'll be a qualified accountant with strong management accounting experience, ideally gained within a large company. You'll have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management experience together with the drive to succeed in a fast paced business.
